Privacy Policy

How 360 Auto Detail collects, uses, and protects your personal information.

Effective date: August 4, 2026  |  Business: 360 Auto Detail

1. Scope

This Privacy Policy explains how the 360 AUTO DETAIL mobile application handles information when users explore vehicle detailing services, save favourites, prepare a care-request draft, open an email draft, or share prepared text through another application.

2. Information Users May Enter

Users may optionally enter a name, email address, phone number, vehicle type, vehicle condition, preferred day or time window, selected services, and free-text notes about the vehicle or desired result.

The app does not require account registration. Users should avoid entering payment-card details, banking information, passwords, government identification numbers, or other sensitive information in free-text fields.

3. Information Collected Automatically

The app does not automatically collect personal information, device identifiers, advertising identifiers, location data, contacts, call logs, SMS content, photographs, audio recordings, or media files.

4. Local Storage

The app uses Android SharedPreferences to store information locally on the user's device. Local storage may include:

  • Favourite service identifiers
  • Recently viewed services
  • Selected care-request services
  • Vehicle type and condition
  • Optional request notes and contact details
  • Preferred day or time window
  • Records showing that an enquiry was prepared locally

This information is not automatically uploaded to a server.

5. Email and Sharing Actions

When a user selects "Prepare email enquiry," the app opens a compatible external email application with a prefilled draft addressed to info@360autodetail.online. The user must review and send the message. The app does not send email automatically and does not claim that the business received or confirmed the enquiry.

When a user selects the share action, Android's external share chooser opens with the prepared request text. Any email, messaging, or sharing application selected by the user operates under its own privacy policy.

6. Browser and Internet Use

The current version does not display an approved business website and does not open a browser action. The application does not declare the Android Internet permission. Core service images are bundled locally and do not require an internet connection to display.

7. Third-Party Services

The app does not use Firebase, analytics services, advertising SDKs, tracking SDKs, authentication services, cloud databases, payment processors, remote configuration, or third-party image-loading services.

The Android and Jetpack libraries used to build the interface do not create an application-operated backend or automatically send the user's locally stored request information to 360 AUTO DETAIL.

8. Permissions and Device Features

The application does not declare permissions for location, camera, microphone, contacts, phone calls, SMS, notifications, media, files, or external storage.

External email and sharing applications may request their own permissions. Their operation is outside this app's control.

9. Data Sharing

The app does not automatically sell, rent, upload, or share locally stored information. Information leaves the app only when the user intentionally opens an external email or sharing application and chooses to continue.

10. Data Retention and Deletion

Local information remains on the device until the user removes individual selections, clears the care-request draft, clears prepared-request history, removes favourites, clears the app's storage through Android Settings, or uninstalls the application.

11. Security Limitations

The app keeps its data within normal Android application storage and disables Android cloud backup. No method of device storage or external communication can be guaranteed to be completely secure. Users are responsible for protecting access to their device and reviewing information before sending it through another application.

12. Children's Privacy

The app is designed to present automotive detailing information and is not directed to children. It does not knowingly collect personal information from children through a backend or account system.

13. External Applications and Links

External email and sharing applications are governed by their own terms and privacy practices. 360 AUTO DETAIL does not control how those applications process information after the user transfers it.

14. User Choices

Users may use the service catalogue without entering contact details. They may decide not to open an external application, edit or remove draft information, clear locally stored data, or uninstall the app.

15. Changes to This Policy

This policy may be updated if the app's features, permissions, storage behaviour, or external services change. A revised effective date should be provided when material changes are made.
